Available grades per farm are Peaberry, Estate Coffee, Prime, and unroasted Estate Green Beans for home roasting. Understand that you will be purchasing coffee harvested from each farm allowing you to select coffee based on the farm's varied characteristics of elevation, soil type and rainfall.
